- Welcome and Opening Ceremony
- Time: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- Location: Main Hall
- Featuring a warm welcome from the school principal, a student performance, and a brief introduction to the day’s program.
- Classroom Visit & Teacher Interactions
- Time: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- Parents will visit their children’s classrooms, review student work, and engage with teachers about their child’s progress.
- Workshop for Parents: “Raising Resilient Kids”
- Time: 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM
- An engaging workshop by a guest speaker or school counselor focusing on parenting tips and strategies.
- Students’ Talent Show
- Time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- A showcase of student talents in music, dance, drama, and art.
- Lunch & Networking
- Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- A buffet-style lunch where parents, teachers, and administrators can connect informally.
- Outdoor Activities & Family Sports
- Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Fun-filled activities including family-friendly games such as sack races, tug-of-war, and obstacle courses on the sports grounds.
- Closing Ceremony
- Time: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- Recap of the day, awards for outstanding performances, and appreciation for parents’ participation.
Special Notes for Parents:
- Arrive early for registration at the reception desk by 8:30 AM.
- Dress comfortably for the outdoor activities.
